Please include your name, shipping information, and telephone number. I accept payments via PayPal, so I will need an email address where I can send your invoice.
Once your invoice has been marked paid, I will create and ship your order.
I charge a flat rate of $3.50 for shipping, orders of $20.00 or more qualify for free shipping!
Please allow at least one week for creating your order, and another week for shipping. You should receive your order about 2 weeks after the invoice is paid.
